OVERVIEW
Welcome to CURRNT, a division of River Bluff CBD LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). CURRNT operates this online store and website — drinkcurrnt.com — including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”).
Our goal is to provide adults 21 and older with compliant, high-quality hemp-derived THC beverages and edibles where legally permitted.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services. By visiting our website, interacting with it, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use our Services.
This site is powered by Shopify, which enables our ecommerce operations but does not sell or fulfill products. All sales and obligations are solely between you and CURRNT.
SECTION 1 – AGE AND ELIGIBILITY
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and of legal age to purchase hemp-derived products in your jurisdiction. You may not access or use our website if you are under 21.
Age verification is conducted through a pop-up verification system. By proceeding, you affirm that all information you provide is truthful and that you are legally allowed to purchase these products.
SECTION 2 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
To use the Services, including browsing our store or purchasing products, you may be asked to provide certain information (e.g., email, billing, payment, and shipping details). You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide it.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
SECTION 3 – LEGALITY AND COMPLIANCE
All CURRNT products are hemp-derived and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, in compliance with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill (7 U.S.C. §1639o et seq.).
However, hemp and THC laws vary by state and locality. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with your own state and local regulations before purchasing.
CURRNT reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if shipping to a restricted or noncompliant jurisdiction.
We currently do not ship hemp products to the following states and territories:
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia.
SECTION 4 – OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display accurate product information, including appearance, dosage, and cannabinoid content. However, variations in color or packaging may occur due to production differences or device display settings.
All product descriptions, formulas, prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or restrict sales for compliance or inventory reasons.
SECTION 5 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. CURRNT reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion.
Your order is not accepted until CURRNT confirms acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 6 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation.
Unless expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your information, including email address, payment method, and expiration dates, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such payment method, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed and shipped only to U.S. states where hemp-derived THC products are legal. We do not ship to restricted states (see Section 3).
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Accurate age verification and valid address information are required for shipment.
SECTION 8 – USE OF PRODUCTS; FDA DISCLAIMER
Our products are intended solely for adult personal use. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult a physician before use if you have a medical condition or take medications. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material without prior written consent.
SECTION 10 – OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS
You may be provided access to tools or links offered by third parties. We do not control or endorse these and are not liable for their content or functionality. Use at your own risk and review any third-party terms before engaging in transactions.
SECTION 11 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
CURRNT is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases are made directly with CURRNT. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and CURRNT. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with CURRNT.
SECTION 12 – FEEDBACK
If you submit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, or reviews (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such Feedback in any medium for any purpose. You represent and warrant that you own or have rights to all Feedback and that it complies with these Terms.
SECTION 13 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on or in the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to change or cancel orders if necessary without prior notice.
SECTION 14 – PROHIBITED USES
You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services to violate any laws, infringe on rights, harass or harm others, send spam, or introduce malware. We may suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time for violations.
SECTION 15 – TERMINATION
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct we deem inappropriate or unlawful. You remain responsible for any obligations incurred before termination.
SECTION 16 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as expressly stated by CURRNT, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CURRNT (River Bluff CBD LLC) and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or savings, arising from your use of the Services or any products.
SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CURRNT (River Bluff CBD LLC), Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your use of the Services.
SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 20 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. You and CURRNT consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the state or federal courts located in Jo Daviess County, Illinois.
SECTION 21 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
