Overview
All orders from CURRNT, a division of River Bluff CBD LLC, are shipped from our facility in East Dubuque, Illinois. We take pride in quick, reliable fulfillment and aim to get your hemp-derived THC beverages and edibles to you safely and efficiently.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that hemp-derived products are legal for shipment to your destination.
Order Processing
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CST) will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using USPS, UPS, or SpeeDee Delivery, depending on your delivery address and the most efficient service available.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Options and Estimated Transit Times
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 3–7 business days after shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically delivers within 2–3 business days after shipment.
Transit times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or destination.
Restricted States
Due to state and local hemp laws, we do not ship hemp-derived THC products to the following states or territories:
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia.
Orders placed from restricted states will be automatically canceled and refunded before shipment.
Age Verification
All customers must confirm they are 21 years of age or older before purchasing. Age verification is completed through a pop-up system on our website. A signature upon delivery is not required, but by placing an order, you certify that the recipient is 21 or older.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible or within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and tracking details.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if eligible, send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, CURRNT is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Refusal
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or due to refusal of delivery, we will refund the product cost minus shipping and handling fees once the unopened package is received back to our facility.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at contact@drinkcurrnt.com. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, orders that have already entered fulfillment or shipped cannot be modified.
