Overview

Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain plant compounds derived from hemp oil.

As these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), we make no medical or therapeutic claims as to any potential benefits. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions and independent research regarding the possible effects or benefits of hemp-derived products.

Final Sale Items

All consumable products (including beverages, edibles, and tinctures) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left our facility.

Please note:

  • There are no returns or exchanges on Final Sale items.
  • Due to the nature of hemp-derived consumables, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened, partially used, or tampered products.
  • Returns are only accepted in the rare case of shipping damage or fulfillment error.

Order Issues and Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@drinkcurrnt.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

We will gladly review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Replacement requests made after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Returns and Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or consumed products
  • Orders placed in error
  • Orders shipped to restricted states (see below)
  • Delays caused by carriers or incomplete addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or ineligibility for shipment (for example, if your state restricts hemp-derived THC products), we will refund the product cost minus shipping and handling fees once the package is safely received back to us unopened.

Restricted States

Due to federal and state hemp regulations, CURRNT does not ship hemp-derived THC products to the following states or territories:

Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia.

Orders placed from these restricted states will be automatically canceled and refunded in full before shipment.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part.
